Observations from Roger Urlwin

  - You are working for the club that has invited you to judge their work.
  - Please follow their guidelines or seek some if they are not clear.
  - Present your critiques in the format the club requests. Some clubs like written comments to post
to a website but most have their presentation style well established.  No slideshows please.
  - 100% acceptances will not make you anybody's friend. It will simply screw up the clubs
grading efforts and remove any element of actual competition.
There may be exceptions to this with very small entries.
  - While it is fine to suggest a Photoshop adjustment please remember that there are still a number
of film folk out there who may not appreciate your comments. You may offend!
  - Please be consistent. If an image has obvious faults (Blown out skies, tilted horizons  etc.)
it should not be accepted.      (possible exceptions for novice)
  - Do not offer a show of your own work (unless invited to do so) The night is about their work
